Let’s Make Things Better.

You can feel confident, connected and empowered with your children!

I guide parents of and professionals working with differently-wired children* — learning to understand them, embrace and accept them, and decreasing their stress and struggles in school and at home. Let’s build a world where neurodivergent kids feel seen, heard and can thrive!

*Children who may have been labeled as ADHD, ODD, Twice-Exceptional, Neurodivergent or Autistic — or who have no formal diagnosis; or who suffer from anxiety, demand avoidance, school refusal or explosive behaviors.

Are you increasingly concerned about your child's behavior?

Are you stuck in a challenging situation with school or at home?

Maybe you're facing a crisis right now?

No matter where you are in your journey, I get it. I’ve probably been there. I am the mother of a complicated, “differently wired,” neurodivergent kid, as well as a more typically-presenting child. I’m also a social worker with many years of experience in New York City public schools, supporting mental and behavioral health.

I tried lots of things that didn’t work. I listened to experts who didn’t really “get” my kid, to no avail. I felt alone. I bristled at other parents when they complained about what seemed to be manageable problems, and I felt the strain on my family and relationships.

I know what it’s like to feel:

  • Overwhelmed and lost

  • Alone

  • Misunderstood, powerless and unheard

  • Grief when letting go of expectations, plans and goals

  • Confused that something that worked yesterday does not work for me today

  • Desperately anxious and sad

Eventually, I found myself on a journey toward acceptance, understanding, and collaboration with my kids. Standing beside them awakened a desire to create a world that embraces our kids’ authentic selves. As I began to listen to other parents’ stories, I found that my own struggles helped them with theirs.

My ultimate goal

is to empower and provide practical tools to those who are facing challenges with differently-wired children. I do this through listening and building a non-judgmental relationship with you.

We all act through our own personal knowledge and experiences. Taking a different route isn’t natural to many of us because it’s not something that we’ve seen. I will hold space and validate your experiences and struggles. I will listen deeply to your needs and your reality, and we will create a relevant roadmap together.

I provide individual sessions, coaching, guidance, workshops, tools and resources for parents, caregivers, teachers and other professionals.
